Before you start
What does it cost?
After a free trial, 10% of the total monthly rent of your active units, billed on the 1st with a week to pay. There is no set-up fee, and tenants and managers pay nothing.
Do my tenants have to pay to use it?
No. Your subscription covers them, and your vacant units are open to everybody searching the marketplace.
I already have tenants. Do I start again?
No. Add the building and its units, then start each tenant's lease in Bukisha, including a deposit you already hold. Nothing before that date is charged or chased.
Can my manager or caretaker use it?
Yes. You invite them to a building and choose their permissions. Nobody can add themselves to your property.
Will I see my tenants' ID documents?
You see whether their ID check passed and their ID number. Nobody, including Bukisha, keeps the photos of the document.
